Abodex participates in affiliate marketing programmes. This means that some of the product links, recommendations, and "Trending Products" displayed on our platform are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, Abodex may receive a commission or referral fee from the retailer or brand — at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate commissions help us fund the operation and development of the Abodex platform and allow us to continue providing our property search service free of charge to users.

2. How Affiliate Content Is Labelled

We are committed to clear and prominent disclosure of all affiliate content. On Abodex, affiliate products are identified by:

• Clear visual separation of affiliate product sections from property listing content

Important: Affiliate products displayed on Abodex are always clearly separated from property listings. They appear in a dedicated "Trending Products" section and are never mixed with or presented as property listings.

3. Editorial Independence

Our participation in affiliate programmes does not influence our property search results, value-for-money scores, or editorial content. Affiliate relationships do not affect which properties are displayed, how they are ranked, or what information is presented about them.

Affiliate product selections are based on trending social media products and consumer popularity data, not on the size of affiliate commissions. We aim to feature products that are genuinely useful and relevant to our users.

4. Advertising Disclosure

Abodex offers paid advertising opportunities to businesses through our self-serve Advertiser Portal. Paid advertisements on our platform are clearly identified by:

• A "Sponsored" or "Ad" label prominently displayed on all paid placements
• Visual distinction from organic content through borders, backgrounds, or labelling
• Placement in designated advertising zones (top banner, sidebar, bottom banner)

Advertisers do not influence our editorial content, property search algorithms, or value-for-money scoring. Advertising relationships are entirely separate from our property data and ranking systems.

5. Featured Listings

Some property listings may be designated as "Featured" listings. Featured status may be achieved through:

• Paid promotion by property agents or landlords through our Advertiser Portal
• Algorithmic selection based on exceptional value-for-money scores
• Editorial selection by the Abodex team for new or notable properties

Where a featured listing is a paid promotion, it will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored Listing" or "Featured — Promoted". Organically featured listings (based on value score) are labelled "Featured" without a sponsored designation.

6. Affiliate Programmes We Participate In

Abodex may participate in affiliate programmes operated by, but not limited to:

• Amazon Associates Programme
• TikTok Shop Affiliate Programme
• Various direct brand affiliate programmes
• Affiliate networks including Awin, CJ Affiliate, and Rakuten Advertising

7. No Influence on Property Data

Abodex explicitly confirms that affiliate and advertising relationships have zero influence on:

• Value-for-money scores and calculations
• Property listing information and descriptions
• AI assistant responses and recommendations
• Market analysis and neighbourhood insights
